Bay Village is the umbrella term that holds all of our community events and groups. It’s one of the ways we try and be a blessing to the Bay! It takes a village and we are with the families of the Bay through every age and stage of family life from ante-natal classes to secondary school.
BAY VILLAGE CREW
The Bay Village Crew makes all of our social action events happen, as we seek to transform society across Torbay; from New to You to Bless the Bay-bies, and seasonal moments such as Love Christmas. If you’d like to get involved in any way; it could be cooking meals or helping set up events, being a friendly face or serving coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

BAY Tots Tinies is a free midweek group for mums with bumps and babies up to 9 months old.
Our heart for Bay Tots Tinies is that it’s a safe space to talk and connect with other mums at a similar stage of life. There’s a free cafe with tea, coffee and snacks, interactive and sensory toys for babies alongside simple wellbeing activities for mums.
We’d love to see you there!
WEDNESDAYS (TERM TIME ONLY) | 9.30AM - 11AM
BAY Tots is a free stay and play group for pre-school kids aged 0 - 4 years and their parents and carers.
Bay Tots is a relaxed and fun space for little ones to enjoy together.
We spend time playing together, with all sorts of toys and crafts, soft play, a bouncy castle and a song time each week. there’s also a free cafe with tea and coffee and all sorts of cakes and snacks.
It’s a great place to find friendship, belonging and community.

New to You is a free children’s clothes and toy swap.
We accept donations in advance of any pre-loved children’s clothes, shoes, toys and books with plenty of life left in them. Then, come to New to You and fill your bags with whatever you and your family need!
Free refreshments and children’s activities will be available too.
There is absolutely no obligation of giving to receive, we’d just love to see you there!
OUR NEXT BEGIN WELL COURSE OCTOBER 6TH
Begin Well is a free ante-natal class.
Over the five week course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more.
in a relaxed atmosphere you will have the chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be, making friends with others in the same stage of life as you.
There is no charge for Begin Well, but you must sign up in advance. Your ticket will admit both you and your birth partner.
THURSDAYS (TERM TIME ONLY) | 3.15PM - 4.45PM
The Reef is a free after-school club for families.
A place to make friends, try new things as a family and have fun together!
You’ll also be given a free, home-cooked meal for the whole family to take home and enjoy together.
The YUM Bus is also in the church car park each Thursday between 3PM & 5PM - If you are finding the cost of feeding the kids a bit too much, just pop down and have a chat with them. You can also find out more about from our friends at Torbay United.
