What are Bay Crews?
Bay Crews are the best way to play your part in seeing the vision of Bay Church become a reality: to see Jesus loved, the Church alive and society transformed in Torbay and beyond. They’re also a great way to get to know other people in the life of the Church, and to have a lot of fun doing it!
Our crews cover many areas of the life of the Church, from kids and youth, worship and production, prayer, events and many more.

Kids Crew
The Kids Crew make Bay Kids the best hour of the week for our children, providing opportunities to help them grow into the amazing people God has made them to be.
Worship & Production
Worship underpins everything we do at Bay Church, and the Worship and Production Crew lead the Church in praising God together, through music, sound, visuals and other means.
Bless the Bay Crew
The Bless the Bay Crew makes all of our social action events happen, as we seek to transform society across Torbay; from Bay Tea to Bless the Bay-bies, and seasonal moments such as Love Christmas.
Prayer Crew
Prayer changes things, and prayer is what fuels our vision as a church. The Prayer Crew pray for every event, every situation and every person we connect with.
Home Crew
The Home Crew make our events happen, through hospitality, great food and drink and a generous welcome! It's the Home Crew that make Bay Church feel like home.
Youth Crew
The Youth Crew have the great privilege of journeying alongside young people as they encounter Jesus, learn to follow him, and have fun together.
