We hope that the instalment plan will make this as accessible as possible, so snap that up quickly to spread the payments from March.

We never want finances to be a reason for someone to miss out, so If you’re still struggling, please go ahead and book a ticket paid by instalments and tick the box to say you need help with the remaining payments.

Heatree is less than an hour away by car. For those without transport, we can help find a car for you to jump in with.

Nearer the time you’ll be able to tell us if you have space in your car or if you need help with transport.

The weekend ticket will get you full-board accommodation for two nights.

The beds are all bunks and so, to make sure we can all go away together, we’re asking families without kids to bunk up guys with guys and girls with girls. We’ll be asking for buddy preferences nearer the time.

We’ll then allocate rooms and let everyone know exactly where they’ll be sleeping. Most rooms have 2 bunk beds in (for 4 people) and pretty much all rooms are en suite.

We’ll all be making Baycation happen together this year and we’ll be pulling together a taskforce of people to help!

In particular, if you can help with cooking for about 200 people, please make yourself known to one of the staff team!

SPREE is a Christian weekend festival for young people, taking place near Exeter, just 2 weeks after Baycation (June 26th to 28th). We would love to take our current year 5s up to current year 12s. from Bay Church this year as it is a fantastic opportunity for our young people to grow in faith, while gathered with other youth from across the south-west. If your child is in the year 5 to year 12 age bracket, we will be contacting you directly about this with an opportunity to find out more!
