What are Bay Groups?

Bay Groups meet fortnightly, across the bay to encourage one another in faith. We run 3 types of Groups: People, Presence and Purpose. Bay Church is not a church with groups, our Groups are the life of Bay Church!

Autumn Term Dates weeks commencing;

29th September, 13th October, 27th October, 10th November, 24th November, 8th December

  • People Groups

    People Groups come together around a shared interest combined with a discipleship aspect. From crafts and sports to book club and beach walks, People Groups help us grow in our faith whilst doing something we love! They’re also the perfect first invitation for anyone not currently part of the Bay Church family.

  • Presence Groups

    Presence Groups are the classics: we come together in homes around the bay with time to chat, learn from the bible or a teaching course, and pray together. Presence Groups are the best way to go deeper without taking ourselves too seriously!

  • Purpose Groups

    Purpose Groups are where faith leaps into action! From cooking meals for the after school club takeaways, to gardening in our community, helping schools with projects or investing in your relationship through joining The Marriage Course. Anything that invests in or impacts the Church and the wider community can become a Purpose Group!
